Hi :) Good quality honey is usually not the cheapest unfortunately, as cheap honey’s are usually overly processed, watered down and some even have syrup added to them. In order to get any nutrition from honey it is best to buy either manuka or raw honey.
Fructose is a simple sugar, pretty much the same as glucose which together with fructose makes up table sugar and sweetners. Without getting too technical, every carbohydrate food you eat gets broken down to glucose and fructose eventually. The difference is that there are nutrients in the food and due to the fibre it is relaeased slowly into your body. Any simple sugar on its own is not good for you in large amounts, even sweeteners that are marketed as healthy such as honey and agave, even in moderate amounts are not good for your health. Fructose is a sugar found in most fruits and assuming you are not fructose intollerant it is fine in this form. Fructose has the lowest GI of all the sugars, but this by no means makes it healthy. If you are looking for a sweetener, try xylitol, or stevia or just a small amount of raw honey or maple syrup. I hope this helps
Chlorophyll is a green pigment found in plants, it is an organic molecule meaning it is made up of carbon and hydrogen. It has a similar structure to our blood, but the middle of it is made up of magnesium instead of Iron. Chlorophyll is fine for use and won’t increase potassium in the body. Check the supplement you want to buy as a lot of them have added minerals and vitamins.
Thanks for your interesting question!
